The service

Racket Theory provides tennis records, equipment information and optional AI-assisted interpretations. The service is operated from Mexico by Armando Vargas Garcia Figueroa, an individual trading as Racket Theory. Contact address: Avenida Santa Fe 482, Mexico City, 05348, Mexico. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Your account and information

Use an account you are entitled to access. Keep your sign-in details private and tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Submit information you have the right to use. Do not include someone else’s private details, upload malicious content, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit the operator to process it only as needed to supply the features you request and as described in the privacy policy. This does not grant permission to sell your content or use it for unrelated advertising.

Equipment and AI limitations

Recommendations and string-life estimates depend on the information available and are not guarantees of performance, compatibility, remaining tension or remaining life. A reference stringing tension is not a measurement of current tension. Check product specifications and consult an appropriately qualified stringer when needed.

AI interpretations can omit context or be incorrect. Review them before relying on them. The app does not diagnose, treat or prevent injuries and does not replace professional medical advice. Stop relying on equipment suggestions as a response to persistent pain and seek appropriate help.

Prices, subscriptions and external purchases

Racket Theory is free to use with monthly limits on AI features. Racket Theory Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that raises those limits as described in the app. The price for your country is shown in the app and in the store (App Store or Google Play) before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account, depending on where you subscribe, when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel before the end of the current period (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Plus until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your Racket Theory account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. On iPhone, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard end-user license agreement.

Products bought through external merchants are supplied by those merchants under their checkout terms. Racket Theory does not receive commissions or paid placements for the products it mentions. Do not assume that a recommendation confirms stock, final price or delivery.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable during faults, maintenance or security incidents. Significant feature or price changes should be explained in advance where practicable and as required by law. These terms do not permit hidden fees or retroactive consent to new uses of your data.

Closing an account

You can request account deletion from Settings. The operator may restrict an account for a substantiated security threat or material misuse, with proportionate notice and an opportunity to contact support where doing so would not compromise security. Deletion and any legally required retention are described in the privacy policy.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
