Cookies & device storage

Effective 9 October 2026

What device storage does

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies can remember sign-in state, preferences and drafts. This app uses browser storage even where it does not use a traditional cookie. Native app storage serves similar purposes.

Essential storage

Authentication state, account-scoped app records, local drafts, demo data, preferences and your consent choice support features you request. Disabling or clearing them can sign you out or remove unsynced work. Essential storage is separate from optional analytics.

Optional analytics

This version of the app does not use product analytics or advertising trackers. If optional analytics is added later, it will stay off until you allow it.

Other privacy choices

Optional crash reporting has a separate device choice that expires after 180 days. AI and optional health permissions are stored on the server for your account; the device keeps a scoped preference and rechecks server permission. Neither choice grants analytics permission. Signed-in schedules are stored separately for each account. Older unattributed schedules remain on the device and are not automatically assigned to whoever signs in next.

Third-party services

Sign-in and anti-abuse services may process technical information needed for authentication and security. External merchant pages can set their own cookies after you leave the app.

Clearing local information

You can use the app’s account and privacy controls or your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing all site data may remove unsaved questionnaire answers, match drafts and demo setups. Export or sync information you want to keep first. See the privacy policy for account rights and contact requirements.
